A Note to Everyone Struggling With Isolation

2 minutes

Hey, it’s been a while, I know. What can I say? I really lost motivation and creativity on what tricks and tips to bring you each week. But I’m back, better late than never right?

Today I want to address the struggle isolation and COVID-19 has brought on our lives and especially the strain on our mental health. COVID-19 has changed our routines and for some that upsets their entire life. It has disrupted order and logic, it has strained relationships and friendships, it has strained our mental health and has made our inner battles harder to cope with, harder to fight. It has caused our inner fire to ease and for some extinguish.

It doesn’t have to be this way. We can still find order and logic in these trying times, we can still fight our battles and still reach out to better ourselves, our relationships and our friendships because at the end of the day we all still need human connection and I’m sorry to those who have relied on this blog for comfort and guidance that have gotten nothing but silence. We will try and do better as well as be better, for ourselves and for others who need our strength, our support and our voice.

You are not alone. You may get inside your head sometimes and think that, but you’re wrong, there are people who love you and want to know you, that want you to reach out. Please do. Its a game changer.
