Hey there, I hope you're doing okay. I hear you're stuck in a bad situation, maybe you're stuggling mentally with COVID-19 or emotionally with loss & grief. This note is for you, read on.

Hey there, I hope you’re doing okay. I hear you’re stuck in a bad situation, maybe you’re stuggling mentally with COVID-19 or emotionally with loss & grief.

I just want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone, there are people out there who want to help you, who will help you and do everything they can to make you feel safe and comfortable.

Please reach out to them, know that they will embrace you with open arms and a shoulder to cry on if you need it. They will give you a place to stay, a meal to eat, and maybe even provide you with a laugh.

They can be your friends.

They can be your family (chosen or related).

They can be professionals.

They can be housing services.

Know that you are never, ever, alone and that someone has your back and best interests in mind.

You are so strong to have survived and maybe even thrived this long. You got this. Don’t give up on yourself, because you are your light and saviour above all others.

You choose where to give your energy.

You choose who to give your energy too.

Save it for yourself or someone who truly matters.

Then you are free.

Don’t be afraid to reach out, I know it’s scary but it’s a great and positive life changer, even life saviour when you do.

Trust.

Stay safe, wear a mask, & spread kindess.
