Daily Gratitude & Body Positivity Practice

We don’t know about you but we haven’t been feeling great over COVID-19 lockdown over here at SMP HQ. We’ve been struggling with our confidence, our body image (let’s be real, the weight we’ve gained) and overall been focussing on the negatives rather than the positives.

Does this seem familiar?

If it does, you’re in luck! Because today we are sharing a little resource we put together to help us feel better & wanted to help you feel better too.

Welcome to the resource fam our:

This resource is a 100% downloadable, FREE PRINTABLE PDF designed to help you practice body positivity and remind yourself of all there is to be grateful for!

Inside there are 3 exercises:

  1. Tapping into all you’re grateful for today,
  2. All the great reasons you love your body,
  3. And listing down things that would make today great (e.g., wine, a hot bath, or yoga).

There are also 3 colour scheme’s that you can choose from, all fairly gender neutral which we are loving!

We started using these today & they are a mood & mindset changer!!!

We hope you love them as much as we do & if you’d like to see more of our resources, click here.

If you enjoyed this post please like & subscribe to our site to join our growing community! Also a big, big, thank you if you already do, we love having you here! – SMP
