The Mid-Week Pick Me Up You Really Need

Happy Wellness Wednesday SMP fam! We hope you’re all doing well.

The middle of the week can be difficult but hopefully this post makes it a little better.

Do you ever get to Wednesday and start thinking about some things that happened from Monday and Tuesday, like, “why did I say that to so and so?” “Did they really mean what they said?” Or “I can’t believe I f*cked up that badly”.

Don’t worry, you’re not alone. And, 9/10 it’s not as bad as you think, you just like to be hard on yourself.

If this resonates with you, here are some things to leave at the end of the week:

Mistakes,

Guilt,

Tears,

Doubt.

And here are some things to take into the new week ahead:

A smile,

Hope,

Love,

Compassion,

Hard work,

Self care!
