So, you’re sick, with the big scary virus going around worldwide… We’ve also been there, so today we’re sharing some tips to help ride out the storm!

  1. Embrace the fact that you need to rest: What a more perfect time to enjoy resting, especially when you’re sick, the most important time your body needs the rest!
  2. Invest in a good book: Escaping into another world can be a nice change from your usual one, especially while feeling under the weather.
  3. Let someone know you’re feeling sick: We learnt the hard way with this one and scared the fam, so word to the wise- tell them!!
  4. Practice positive thinking: If you tell yourself you’ll survive, it’ll help decrease anxiety and fear that you might not.
