Wellness is a state of being in good physical and mental health. It is a holistic concept that includes not just the absence of disease or illness, but also the presence of balance and harmony in one’s physical, mental, and social well-being.
Wellness is not a static state, but rather a journey of continuous learning, growth, and self-improvement. It is about taking an active role in one’s own health and well-being, and striving to achieve a balance between the various aspects of one’s life.

Mental health refers to a person’s overall psychological well-being. It includes the ability to manage one’s emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, as well as the capacity to cope with life’s challenges and stressors.
Good mental health is essential for overall health and well-being, as it allows individuals to think, learn, and communicate effectively, form and maintain healthy relationships, and make informed decisions.

However, mental health is not just the absence of mental illness. It is a positive concept that encompasses a wide range of behaviors and emotions, including feelings of happiness, contentment, and satisfaction with life.
