Shae Brennan | Psychologist

At the core of Shae’s therapeutic approach lies a deep commitment to helping clients lead happier, healthier lives. Shae approaches each person as a unique individual and tailors therapy to their needs, leveraging their strengths and resilience. They believe in a holistic approach to well-being, including mental health, utilizing various modalities such as child play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and crisis management. Shae strives to create a warm, non-judgmental environment for their clients.

Outside of work, Shae spends time with family and friends in nature, which informs their perspective. They are dedicated to offering guidance and support on their clients’ mental health journeys. Shae has extensive experience working with diverse clients, including those who are neurodivergent, transgender, and LGBTQIA+, as well as those exploring polyamory, consensual kink, and other forms of intimate exploration on their path to personal fulfillment and relationship well-being.

Aviva Lefkovits | Psychologist

Aviva is deeply committed to her clients’ well-being, drawing upon her extensive experience as a psychologist. Her career has encompassed a diverse range of individuals and families, including work at the Royal Women’s Hospital in prenatal and postnatal care, private clinics, and with people of all ages and backgrounds.

A notable strength of Aviva’s practice lies in her dedication to women’s health, evident in her comprehensive support for individuals navigating mental health, personal fulfillment, and relationship well-being within this context. Aviva’s client-led therapeutic approach is at the core of her practice. She prioritizes each person’s unique values and beliefs, shaping the therapeutic journey to align seamlessly with their distinct needs and perspectives. Whether addressing women’s health, childhood issues, adolescence, adulthood, or relationship dynamics, Aviva serves as a trusted guide, empowering her clients on their path to a more fulfilling and harmonious life marked by improved mental well-being and balance.
