It takes a minute to check in with yourself and the prolonged effects on this are endless. Improved insight and judgement into how you’re feeling plays a major role in our mental health. If we know why we’re feeling a certain way or who has made us feel this way, it leads to more constructive outcomes like emotional regulation and effective communication!
